Shipping
Once your order is placed, it will be packed from one of our two warehouses and dispatched within 48 hours. You will then receive your shipping confirmation via email.
The following applies for Australian and New Zealand Orders:

Remote locations in Australia may take longer to receive your parcel, please contact the carrier directly for further information.
Please note current times are based on information provided by our carrier due to the effects of Covid-19 restrictions on their logistics, however you may still receive your package within the normal timeframes. We will endeavour to do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.
All shipments are 100% Carbon Neutral.
International Orders
If you would like shipping arranged outside of Australia please send an enquiry to hello@glowuplab.com.au as some countries charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. Glow Up Lab has no control over and is not responsible for any of these charges.

Exchange/Refund Policy
If any of your products have arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact Glow Up Lab directly via e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the goods at hello@glowuplab.com.au. We may require corresponding photographs to properly assess your product. If it is declared faulty we will provide a replacement product as soon as possible.
As our items are personal care goods, unfortunately they cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to provide exchanges or refunds simply for a change of mind. Our friendly team is always available to assist you in selecting the right products for you.
